Support

Will I receive free technical support with my purchase?
Technical support will be provided via email for 30 days following the date of purchase.
I have lost my product download, what should I do to retrieve it?
Existing customers can download their purchase by visiting My Account and clicking on My Orders / Downloads. There you will find a download of the version you purchased as well as newly released builds (if any are available).

Payment

Can I pay using a purchase order or a cheque?
We currently only accept payment by debit or credit card.
What's your refund policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a refund in full.
I need a proof of purchase. Can you send me one?
An invoice/receipt is available via My Orders / Downloads. This receipt is a valid proof of purchase.

I'd like to be removed from your mailing list. What should I do?
Simply update your email preferences via the My Account area.
I can't remember my password, how can I retrieve it?
Go to the Log On page, then click "Forgotten your password" and follow the instructions on the page to reset your password.
